How many treatments will I need?
True healing takes time and dedication. Acupuncture is a series of treatments that are cumulative in nature. That means your acupuncture sessions become increasingly more effective as you continue. Our goal is to build on each previous treatment and promote continued progress until you reach your health goals.
The number of treatment sessions needed, varies from person to person- age, underlying root imbalances/health conditions, number of problem/target areas, medications taken, etc. which all impact your overall health and the course of the treatment plan.
Most should plan on 4-6 cosmetic acupuncture treatments or 3-4 microneedling treatments before seeing some more significant changes.
Adhering to treatment plan frequency is essential to achieving the results you seek. Typically, treatments are scheduled for once weekly for cosmetic acupuncture and once monthly for microneedling, to ensure continued progress as well as time between treatments for healing, skin rejuvenation, collagen production etc.
In addition, we schedule review/consultation sessions focused on a progress assessment & and a discussion of before and after photos. During those sessions a brief body treatment will be provided.
What to expect: Cellular Turnover by Age
Whereas cellular turnover occurs every 14 days in infants, and 14-28 days in teens, for those in their 20’s, it occurs every 24-30 days. Furthermore, for people in their 30’s, the cellular turnover timeline is approximately 28-35 days, and 30-42 days for those in their 40’s.

Uses small needles on the face, neck and scalp.

If your goal is to improve sagging in the jowls, neck and eyelids facial acupuncture is preferable.
Facial acupuncture is less expensive, is less painful and has no downtime.
Treatments are weekly for 10-12 sessions (typically) with monthly maintenance.
It can be performed on face, neck, scalp, stomach, thighs, and arms and can help with hair regrowth on the scalp and eyebrows.
Microneedling is preferable for skin level issues such as pigmentation/melasma/dark spots, scarring from acne, enlarged pores and deeper wrinkles.

What if you have your own preferred or favorite skincare line?
If you have favorite skincare products you’d rather use, please feel free to incorporate them into your routine. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.
The package fee includes the products for home use. Our pricing structure is based on the comprehensive services and support provided throughout the treatment course, ensuring that all aspects of your care are covered regardless of product usage. Accordingly, if you prefer to use your own favorite line of products and opt not to use the provided ones, the package price will remain the same.

If you try one of our diverse facial rejuvenation sessions or services and pay the individual session fee, and decide to purchase a package, the fee paid for the individual session will be credited toward the package price. Additionally, that session will be counted as the first of the total number of sessions included in the package.
The decision to purchase a package must align with the recommended timeline for the package sessions. For example, if a package service comprises 10 weekly sessions, the decision to purchase the package and schedule the next session must occur within the same week. Similarly, if the package service recommends monthly sessions, the decision to purchase the package and schedule the next appointment must be within the month.
